Sorry if there's something posted answering this, but I'm really hoping for an answer asap (due to the current political atmosphere).
There was an error on my Form 4 which the examiner returned to my FFL, I have the corrected Form 4 in my hands. I didn't receive the letter, he did and he says the letter doesn't say where to send it. Does it go directly to the examiner in W.V. or to Atlanta? THANKS!!!! |
| When NFA send error letter home. It has a separate page explaining what's needed to be corrected, you're suppose to make the correction and send it along with the error letter back to WV. That way when they open the mail, they know which is for correction and which is new application. If you don't send the error letter, they might think you just submitted a application and will throw yours in the back of the line. |
