Suppressor on form 4 using a trust, line 15 transferee's certification:
do I print my name or the trust name -> "I,_________________________, , have a reasonable necessity...." I know I sign below and write "trustee" after my signature. Current SOT told me to print my name above, last SOT have me print my trust name above. Not sure which to do now. Thanks guys |

Thanks guys I just looked at mine. All of mine I put The XXX Trust and then signedd my name. One I signed without trustee after my name and three I signed with trustee after my name. If I was submitting another today, I would put The XXX Trust and sign my name followed by trustee. The trust is the transferee. Technically you don't need to do box 15 for a suppressor, but there is a 99 percent chance it will get kicked back if you don't Don't forget your certificate of citizenship, they have been kicking trust transfers back even though it is not required for a trust. Don't forget you circle "DO" so that you can call and check on it. Make a copy of the form before mailing it.. |
