So my schedule A currently shows two items?

1.  Cash

2.  A book

The Lower that I'm turning into a SBR, should I add that to the Schedule A before I send in the paperwork, or after I send in the paperwork.  i read the instruction thread, but it wasn't clear to me.

Thank you

With a lower you plan to form 1 it should be on the trust before you send in the paperwork. You are showing that the trust owns the weapon it is planning on converting. With a form 4 transfer you can put it on after as the trust hasn't received it till the paperwork clears.

OK, thanks; I'll add it to my Schedule A.

Can anyone address the certified true copy of the trust?  So I had the trust notarized when created; I need to have the notarized copy re-notarized?

I've read people saying they just send in a photo copy of their trust and they didn't have a problem. Personally I have a client who I get to make me notarized true copies. Pretty much they mark it as a copy and notarize it again saying that it is a copy of the original.

If you are asking about getting it notarized after modifying the schedule a you shouldn't have to, just update the schedule a although I guess it could depend on how you have everything worded.

No, you answered the question; I'll have it notarized that it's a copy, just to be sure.

I added to my Schedule A "Spikes Tactical Receiver SBR-00XXX"

I think I'm ready, well; and I posted in another forum is 300 BLK the correct abbreviation for a 300 BLK caliber rifle?

Is SBR part of the original serial number of the receiver?  If not, I would not add "SBR".  It is not a Title II weapon yet, and cannot be an SBR.  It is a Title I receiver and will remain in Title I status until you have an approved F1 in hand AND have made it into an SBR.  SBRs are classified in totality.

Yes, .300blk is the correct abbreviation.
