After executing your NFA Trust, does the trust need to be recorded with your County? Couldn't find anything using the search feature.

Calling your local circuit clerks office would probably give you the quickest answer.

It varies.... I tried to file mice with the circuit clerk and they didn't have a clue what it was. Just give them a call and ask.

I have a Trust Question
When setting up a Revocable Trust does the name have to have revocable trust in it or could I name is Ferguson Trust or something of that sort?

correct, if you don't take out "revocable living"out of the name you end up with all that extra verbage if you have to engrave your lower....
