After reading the stickys...



I thought that if you have a Trust (just as I did for my suppressor) you did not need a LEO to sign off on the form.  But after looking at the Form1 it looks like it is required.  Please help me understand this,  as the maker and the person filling out the Form1 a LEO signature is required, correct

No sign off for trust. The trust is the maker.

No, its not needed. The form is the same, well, because the ATF isn't going to make new forms for trust transfers. You just don't have to fill out the CLEO sign off, or the photo part. You do have to sign it for the reason you are making it though.
