If they don't, having a select fire FCG and an ar-15 would be considered constructive intent. Just my $0.02. I would not guess it would have to go through a FFL, as mil-spec M16 FCGs do not have to go through an FFL. |

Mine went with my RRL but having sold that I want to also sell the Scott Bell kit but ensuring someone is eligible to have it is very difficult. I want to be sure that I am not breaking any laws. |

The only people that are going to want to buy it are those guys with Lightning Links. You will probably have quite a few guys interested in it cause as far as I know, Scott does not make em anymore. |
