Ok- I am a huge fan of people understanding the NFA, GCA, and FOPA correctly, but calling weapons classified under the NFA "Class 3" is just ignorant to the truth. Class 3 refers to a Special Occupations Tax (SOT, as I am sure many of you should know).
They are "Title II" if they fall under the NFA. Simple enough I just think that in order for proper understanding of the proper terms is to take place, calling them "Class 3" needs to stop. rant over |
