im going to be moving out to salt lake city for college soon and plan on staying there. Ive been planning on purchasing a full auto vector uzi for awhile, and i was wondering if i can fill out the form 4 and purchase it while im out there, or do i have to wait a year until i get utah citizenship to purchase it?

| Well, you'll need to have a utah DL to get one. An SOT won't tranfer it to you otherwise. But no reason you can't go get that when you have moved there. Unless UT has some weird rule I don't know about, which might be the case. When I moved to Pa, I was able to get a new DL when I turned in my old one, it didn't have a wait time with it. |
