can someone point me in the direction of where i can find the laws on owning full autos and parts to make a full auto even if they arent assembled with out any proper paper work. not just a web site with laws but like actuall legit website like atf or something. my google didnt come up with what i was looking fori know some tard who thinks its legal to have a fa lower as long as it doesnt get attached an upper or like a select fire mp5 lower as long as its not attached. or even say an m16 bolt with an unregistered auto sear or something like that in your possesion.

Yeah all the gun laws are there on the ATF.gov website. As far as machine guns go, they were banned back in 1986 so any machine gun made after that can only be used for military and law enforcement and dealers. If you want to buy a machine gun you can just costs a lot and paperwork must be approved by the ATF and you have to live in a state where it's legal.

A full auto MP5 lower is perfectly legal to own even if you own an MP5/clone with a full auto bolt carrier.  The HK94/clone design has a shelf that prevents an unmodified lower from being attached to the gun.
