| far better to do a intrastate transfer then a interstate. no FFL needed, you can do the form 4 between the buyer and seller, no transfer fee for the buyer to pay to the FFL, which is typically anywhere between 50-100 bucks. and there is no long wait for 2 tranfer approvals. someone, either the seller or buyer, has to pony up 200 transfer tax to the FFL. |
