I know that a pistol with a foward grip is considered an AOW but what about Tommy gun pistols. I have seen some with forward grips. Here is one for sale on gunbroker.
They say it is grandfathered in but how? Here is another one. |

Not concealable I would agree based upon my reading of the statute, however ATF thinks my AR-15 pistol is concealable and a AOW if I add a forward grip. Some courts have disaggreed but that is the current ruling. Maybe they will change thier mind...kind of like the shoelace. |
