| Here's the scoop. I typically spend at least a weekend a month down in MD, and after I get my Form Four approved, I will have a new TAC65. I would like to take this down to MD with me. My class 3 dealer told me that I do not need to submit the form requestiing permission from the BATFE- he said that only applies to SBR/SBS/AOW/FA. Is this true? |

No, you don't NEED a 5320.20 for a suppressor or AOW, but if you want to get one, ATF will approve one for you. May make things easier in the other state if you have one. MANY LEO's don't know the laws concerning NFA. |

NFA is good to go in MD but not all ranges permit their use, so it pays to check in advance. No need to apply for a 5320.20 for a can. |
