| can one of the dealers here tell me, can a dealer from one state sell class III stuff to a law enforcement agency from another state? or does the dealer have to be in the same state as the agency? |

Transfers to government entities, such as law enforcement, are not subject to the interstate commerce provisions of the GCA.
Title 2 firearms could transfer to the LE agency directly, out-of-state, on approved Forms 5, PROVIDED that such a transaction is legal under state law in both the dealer's state, and the receiving LE agency's state. |
