I’m getting ready to send off my form 4 and have a couple of questions. On the front of the form 4 line 10 it wants signature of transferor, is this signed by my dealer before or after the form 4 is mailed? Also what about line 9 where there suppose to circle I DO or Do NOT disclose information to transferee. These are both left blank on my form 4 and I don’t know if my dealer forgot to do them or does he fill them out after the paper work gets back

Circle the DO part, or else ATF will not talk to you (the transferee) about the form –– they will only discuss it with your dealer. |
