Ok, just went to see my Noveske SBR and its awsome. Ive got the Form 4 and trying to fill it out... Its a factory registered SBR and I bought and paid for it and had it sent to my FFL (Target World) in Cincinnati.
I am the transferee I got that. Who is the Transferor, Noveske or Target World? |

| my dealer wants me to fill out all my own paperwork on the SBR i'm going to have done, when i did this in AZ all i did was bring my lower to my C3 dealer, give him all my info day or so later i went back in and picked up the forms all filled out just needed my signature photo and me to take it to the CLEO. is it just that some guys are different that others? |
