| When I'm filling out the 5320, do I put my name down as the manufacturer for my Form 1'd SBR, or do I put down the original manufacturer, RRA? |

Form 1 info linky Thanks, but I was referring to the 5320.20, which I stated in my subject. This is the form for interstate transportation. This is not the 5320.1 Form for making a firearm. I already have that one stamped. =) I am asking which manufacturer I put in the manufacturer box in section 4. I, as the maker of the SBR (which is already done), or RRA as the original? ... and I've already read through the Form 1 info twice. Just not recently. ... and I didn't want to wade through the six pages looking for this answer. |
