A form I mailed five weeks ago was just received by my dealer today!  They might be caught up, but it may be because people are running out of money to buy things.

I think I'm going to run out of money. Everytime I go into my dealer I always spend a crap load of money. I just ordered a SWR Omega 30 suppressor. Then I decided I needed a new rifle to go along with it so I ordered a Surgeon SA repeater action, a jewell hvr trigger, and juss called Mcmillian and ordered an A-5 stock in GA Precision camo with intergated thumbwheel and 3 way length of pull. Mcmillan stated 4 months for the stock. I love the waiting game.

I think at the end of july or beginning of august. I'm really not for sure.

A better question to ask is who is your examiner?  The wait times tend to vary depending on examiners.  Also, seems to depend on trust or individual as well.  But I'm not convinced they're not getting somewhat caught up.  I sent my Form 4 for my first NFA at the end of April.  Pending June 18.  Needed to send one more form in.  I just talked to my examiner this morning and she said she should have it out today.  So All tother I've been waiting over nine months (bought an SBR out of state).

I'd love to see that they're getting caught up again because I'm ready to send in my next form ASAP.  I'd like to know I can send it now and see it before Spring time.

My examiner is Albert L.  This would be my 2nd NFA stamp. 1st was for a sbr that took 16 weeks because I forgot to send in Cert of Comp.
