Gents,

If I send in like (7) form 4's at once, should I send 7 $200 checks? Or can I send one check for $1400.

Also, I know all forms are in duplicate for each item. But do I have to send in 14 finger print cards or can I send one set for all the forms?

Same for cert of compliance?

If you send 7 form 4's (or 1's) send, 14 applications (2 each),( 2) FD-258's, (1) Certificate of Compliance and (1) check for $1400. That is what I always do and I usually submit 2-5 at a time...

I never took a chance, I sent in multiple checks at a time - 1 per set of forms.

I don't care about the checks as much as I think it is ridiculous to have to send in 14 finger print cards. That is what I want to avoid.
