I filled out the form request on the ATF site two months ago and still have not received my forms. So I have two questions:
1. Has anyone done the NFA process to build an SBR using the forms from www.titleII.com? I'm worried there may be issues since the Form 1 will be on two sheets instead of one sheet front & back. 2. Where else can I get the official fingerprint cards that must be sent in along with the Form 1? |

The latest and greatest Form 1 is available at http://www.atf.gov/forms/5000.htm#firearms. Just print it front and back on a single sheet of good quality paper.
You can use fingerprint cards from a LEO agency, but you need to correct the ORI information. Someone here will know what needs to go there. |
