Ok guys, I know that some of you do your own engraving. I'm looking to engrave my F1 stainless suppressor and an SBR lower. The suppressor is engraved temporarily, but its not what I want, and as soon as I coat it the letters will fill in, so for now I have it engraved, and will hold off on coating it until I have the letters I want. I can't find anybody that can do real engraving. The best I can get is a laser "etcher" and a silly jewelry store that just barely scratches into the stainless enough to meet requirements. I want to do it on a mill to make really nice, clean letters/numbers.  I have access to several CNC mills, the fastest spindle speed is only 10k though. I know thats pretty low for that small of end mill, but thats what I have.

I can't find any "engraving cutters" that will cut stainless and fit my profile desires.

The smallest end mill I have experience with is 1/16" and by my figures I'd need a .015" or .020" end mill.

What do the real guys use?
