does my trust's schedule A need to be submitted with a list of previously aquired NFA items? or is it OK to put down "all NFA" items and then list my item to aquire?
I dont need to get my trust re-notorized to add property do I? |

I dont need to get my trust re-notorized to add property do I? You must submit a schedule A. You can take a magic marker and strike out anything you do not want the ATF to see. Do not put down "all NFA" unless you literally own each and every NFA item there is.... You must itemize it . In most states, if not all, you do not need to re-notarize after changing the schedule. You *would* need to renotarize after changing trusetees, beneficiaries, or terms of teh trust, etc. |
