| I have the blue FBI cards with the NFA ORI Info and address pre printed on them. I had extra cards sent a year or two ago when I did a form 1. My question is, are these cards still the ones they use and In the space below where the Deputy/Police Officer signs his name it says place of employment., is this for me or for the Deputy/police officer to put his place of employment ? |
| I have this same question and I was told by the PD who did my prints it is the address of who is to be receiving the cards, which, in this case would be the ATF. I don't believe the person who did my fingerprints so I left it blank for now. The form one advises the card needs to be the FBI fingerprint card FD-258 as long as they are that fingerprint card, I think you will be fine. |
