Its easy to add items to the schedule A,B or C, but do I need to get the trust re notarized and change the dates now that it is updated? Every time you update a trust what is involved? Thanks

I have always just printed an updated copy of my Schedule A after adding the new items.

The notarization just tells when the trust was established. I have not gotten my trust re-notarized or anything like that. When I get a new NFA item approved, I just add the item to my Schedule A (electronic format), save the new file, and print out a new copy of the Sched A and put it with my original trust.

If I'm wrong about anything, I'm sure one of our legal eagles will correct me shortly.

Never needed an assignment of property as class3 items are not titled like a car or property.
