| Can you name the trust whatever you want? If I name it XYZ NFA RLT on the trust name declaration is that what I would have engraved? Or is it mandatory to have Revocable Living Trust? |
| You can name it whatever you want as long as it can be engraved and the trust is legal. You probably want something short so you don't have to engrave so much; a name like, "Smith Firearm Trust," or "NFA Gun Trust." Also, don't use the abbreviation RLT, the ATF doesn't recognize it, use, "trust" on the engraving. |
