Ok, one more question on the same subject, if the BATF cashes my check, does that mean my NFA tax stamp paperwork is going to be approved?

Are you a convicted felon? Are you a fugitive from justice?  Are you convicted of Domestic Violence?

Do you cross all your T's and dot all your I's?

Seriously .. if you can own a handgun .. you should be good to go on NFA .. enjoy the wait .. if you don't it will only get longer!

None of the above.  This is my first one and I guess I'm just not 100% sure that I set up my trust correctly.  Also, after I sent the paperwork in, I read that under the section where I put what I'm going to have engraved on my lower,  I should have put the city and state, not just the name of the trust.  Do you think they would deny it just for this reason?

if anything it would get kicked back for correction .. you re-mail it back to NFA and it should be approved within  a week from re-submission.

ETA:  (nothing personally against the OP) another reason I dislike trusts .. so often they are set up by people who don't fully understand the C3 situation in which they put themselves in.

No.

That just means they've got your money.

They're the gubment. The first thing they always do is to take your money.

How long after I've mailed my forms should I call BATF to see if I have a pending date?  What exactly does the pending date mean?
