using Quicken willmaker in the Assignment of property I am adding a couple of suppressors.
I, 39Lasalle as grantor of the 39lasalle dated _________,____, hereby asign and transfer ...the follwing property: 1. suppressor A 2. Suppressor B. to 39lasalle, as Trustee of the 39lasalle revocable living trust dated _____________,________. My question is in the first blanks I would put today's date(as in the date I am adding the suppressors to the trust). In the second set of blanks do I put the original date of the trust( when it was originally made and notarized) What did you guys do?? thanks 39 |
