Yes I read the "NFA FAQ, on-line BATF forms and more" sticky thread.

#1.  The NFA Dist Center web link in the thread doesn't work for me.

#2.  The thread doesn't list what paperwork you should order for SBS, SBR, MG etc.

I do know you need Fingerprint cards but the only ones listed are
FBI FD-258FA - FFL Application ORI GAATF1100
FBI FD-258EX - Explosives Applications ORI WVATF0900
FBI FD-258LE - NFA, Imports ORI WVATF0800 –– keyword -> "NFA"

I was under the impression I needed FBI fingerprint cards...  
They is "FBI" cards, different parts numbers


I need to know what paperwork I need for.
1.  Altering an existing rifle to SBR (My MGI)  ––> ATF 5320.1 - application to make & register firearm

2.  Altering an existing shotgun to SBS (My converted Saiga) –– ATF 5320.1

3.  Paperwork for transfer of a MG (DIAS) –– ATF 5320.4 - application for tax paid transfer and registration of firearm

4.  Paperwork for FFL application (Counter-top FFL that I just curious about)

This should include fingerprint cards for each.

I'm currently deployed to Iraq.

I have a NFA friendly CLEO back home.

I'd like to have all my paperwork set up so he can sign off and do fingerprints while I'm home on midtour leave in August.

After his John Handcock and the fingerprint cards I plan to mail off all the paperwork and checks for stamp.

I go back to Iraq tell Dec2009/Jan2010 by then hopefully the paperwork will have been approved and I can be on my way with at least 3 NFA goodies.
