I know the Govt Form 1 Documents have to be double sided or pinted on both sides but......do I also have to submitt my Trust Documentation as double sided?

Just curious before I go get Certified Copies of my Trust paperwork.

Thanks....Trying to get this all in before the 20th.

So far, I've just sent plain single-sided copies of my trust and schedule A and have never had a problem.  I've done three recent transfers that way.  Do you plan on having a notary certify that they are accurate copies?

yes, I'm planning on getting my copies certified by a Notary.

I should have them  out the door tomorrow.

How long have your Form 1s taken?

I don't think you need to have your COPIES certified, although the original document is obviously notorized.  I just sent a simple copy I made from the original.  I'm sure it couldn't hurt though.

So far, my forms have run 60 to 75 days door to door.

The double-sided form is to prevent later alteration, not like they're worried that the copy of your trust document in their files will be altered.
