I purchaced a SBR on the 16 of November and the check to the ATF was cashed on the 26 of November.
Does that mean it has been approved?

No sir.  You still have a month possibly before its approved and possibly another month before you receive your forms in the mail.

i think you mean a month or two until it goes pending, and another three to six weeks to be approved.

My advice is (and I know this is hard)  to forget about it until you get the call from your dealer.

Yeah...my check was cashed on 10/30/08 and it's still not pending (showing up in the system) yet.

So be patient...it may take awhile...

the first xfer always seems like forever after that you do forget.
