Mine was 'just' 2 months about 3 months ago.
Must be an election comming soon.

But unless they got rid of people recently I don't understand the increase in time over the last 9 months.
My Form 4 in February took 1 month, my Form 1 in July took 2 months, now they're taking 3 1/2 months.

Sounds like possible panic buying to me.
Although I don't know if Title 2 prices have changed lately.
