Question for you oh so knowledgable people of the NFA forms. I'm in the process of getting an NFA form, but here's the dilemma if I live in kentucky and I get this registered and I have a fiance in Indiana, who lives in a safer enviroment and that is where I keep my Gun Safe to avoid having a break-in and that is where I want to store it, what's the legality issues on that?

Either make her an owner of it as well, or she cannot have access to it...

then that means that she has to fill out a NFA form 4, that's alot of F'EN money. Let me ask you this if she doesn't have access to it (she doesn't know my safe's code) can I stash it in the safe at her house even though I live in kentucky and she lives in Indiana?

2 people can't be on one form 4 and 2 form '4s can't be active at once.  either set it up as a trust or an LLC , or store it in a way that she can't access the gun its self.

Here is the real trick, is your NFA item registered in Kentucky? You cannot just move NFA items from state to state. You have to fill out another form to transport the NFA item to another state. But as far as the storage then yes as long as you are the only one who has access to the safe then it is fine.
