If I remember correctly, you need to request Form 4's by mail. If anyone has a link to a .pdf file of it, can you please post the link? |

Actually, I meant to say Form 1 instead of Form 4, as I want to make/register an SBR. For some time, ATF's link to the Form 1 (5320.1) has said the below for some time. I just wanted to avoid having to get the form this way if possible. Does anyone know if the form has changed at all over the last year. I heard something about Firearms now being handled by Homeland Security. "This form is temporarily unavailable, you may obtain a hard copy of the form by contacting the ATF Distribution Center or ordering it online at" http://www.atf.gov/dcof/index.htm |
