On the back of my form 1 question 10-d it ask's if im under 21, it states if i answer yes to any of those questions i need to include a seperate sheet of paper as to why, as far as i know you do not have to be 21 to build an SBR so would i just write yes and not include the paper? or what would i write on the paper? just tell them im 20 and it should be legal? BTW im going the corporation route if that matters.....

I've gone the corp route, and I didn't have the fill out the back portion (old style form 1 where the signature/date fields were on the front).  However, I was well over the age of 21 so I'm not exactly sure how to approach it given your situation.  Sorry.

Well thanks for the input, i guess since its not illegal to build an SBR under 21 (but over 18) i should be good if i dont fill all that out since im going the corp route. Hell there aint but one way to find out.

I would check the box indicating that I'm under 21.  I would include a brief memo explaining that I am 18+ years old, and I'm not aware of any federal or state laws prohibiting me from making a short-barreled rifle.
