When you are using a Revocable Living Trust, What would you check on line 2, would you check "Individual" or "Corporation or other Businnes Entity"

and line "4 h" do I need to show what I am going to get engraved?

Let me piggy back on this....

In 4a, I put the info that already exists on the weapon? (HK Sterling VA, etc)

In 4g I put HK's original serial number?


Does your intended engraving go anywhere?

Does your intended engraving go anywhere? No. There is no requirement that you specify your intended engraving on the Form 1. You are still, however, required by federal law to engrave your name/city/state on the new NFA item.
