I know the trust registration has been covered to death in various threads. My only question is if I register a Trust in Ohio with C3 items, will the trust still be valid in other states should I move? If not would I have to re-form a new trust then transfer items to me within a new trust? RR |
| From what I understand (I'm not a lawyer and this is not legal advice), typically a trust can move with you to another state but that is dependent on the new state's Trust laws. You need to either research the trust laws of the state you plan to move to or contact a lawyer licensed in that state. |
