I have some questions about how to sell an A.O.W. I bought it several years ago and paid a $5 transfer fee. My main question is how do I go about selling it? What am I required to do as far as paperwork? Can it be sold to someone in another state? What I have is a 12 ga shotgun identical to a Serbu Super Shorty but from different builder. I like the gun but I’ve only shot it a few times in the last 5 years. |
You can sell it to anyone you like by completing a Form 4 with you as the seller and them as the buyer. Selling across state lines requires the transfer to go through a dealer. |
