I'm getting ready to build my 1st SBR AR-15 can I order my upper before I get me forms back and just keep it at my brothers house who doesn't have any ARs or some place like that or do i just have to wait.

That's a very good idea to keep it at your Brother's house with no ARs.
You should have it shipped directly to his house too!

I waited till I got my form back and went to the gunstore to get my upper,he kept it for me. Then I went and shot my new SBR until my trigger finger was a bloody stump.Ronzo
