I just finished my paperwork for my stag lower to become a SBR. I am confused on where i need to send it? Is it the WV address or the GA one? thanks

form 1's go to West Virginia, Form 4's go to Atlanta.

Look at the bottom right, it should say ATF Form 1 (for a SBR).

If you made the SBR, you should have filled out a Form 1 (Application to make and register a Firearm). The form number is in the lower right hand corner of the form.

i read the post at the top, just could figure out which form i set up then, i called the local shop and he gave me the GA address, so i figured i would post here

Oh shit! So if I sent my form 1 to the GA address it will be delayed or denied??

Delayed? Yes. Probably not more than a week or two, but it's too late now -- trying to locate and fix the error will only delay things further.

It should have no effect on whether you are appoved or denied.

Thanks for the info. I just got off with the NFA branch and they said that it went pending Feb 12 so I guess it wasn't delayed too much. I hope I'll have it back soon!
