Reason given for disapproval: Not in Compliance with Missouri State Law. Reason for Transportation: Target shooting at [fill in range here]; all lawful purposes Mode of Transportation: Private vehicle; locked in trunk I filled out three different forms for a year each so I can take my SBR to two different ranges and to/from Kansas City International airport from my home in Kansas. Is SBR still legal in MO? I guess I could call BATFE to find out what I need to do but I just found it strange that the exact same forms I filled out for the time period 1 year ago were approved. Perhaps something has changed but I can't find it. I have the question posed in the MO Hometown forum..... Good news is my other form(s) were returned approved and I still need to submit yet another form for my next car trip travel from KS to TX. Comments? Mailed forms on 11/16/2007, forms received on 11/21/2007, approved/disapproved on 11/29/2007, I got them back in the mail on 12/03/2007. |
