I'm preparing to send off my forms to SBR a Krinkov which is going to be built off of a Nodakspud Receiver. The receiver is already engraved with NDS's model, caliber, location, and serial number. My question is do I have to have anything further engraved on this receiver or would that only be applicable if I were bending a flat and creating the actual receiver itself.

You still have to engrave your name, city and state.  You are the one "Manufacturing" the NFA item.  It was manufactured as a title 1 item already and engraved as such.

Ok thanks for the response. I'll send it off to Orion they seem to be the top choice. Its going to bother me to pay to get it transfered a 2nd time though.

Why do you have to have a 2nd transfer?  You should only have one for the receiver.  After that, you can send it to be worked on and they can send it back to you.

Oh really, I just assumed that it would have to go back through an FFL holder to get back to me. If thats the case that would be fantastic.

Nope, Orion is considered a "gunsmith" in this case and you can send, and receive, a firearm from a licensed gunsmith if you ship it for service.

Head over to www.atf.gov and check out the Firearms FAQ for more info.

Yeah I went to Orion's website and in their FAQ it says exactly that. I appreciate the heads up guys. Saves me a little green.
