F4 (reason for transfer) > General NFA Questions

since I am getting ready to send in my F4s I got a quick question.

I think this was brought up before but cant find the post or remember what the answer was.

On the F4s I typed all my info (minus the sigs and dates) and for "reason for transfer" or whatever it says, I put,

All Lawfull purpose / Collector.

is this ok?

Should be fine. I have used "collection and investment" and "all lawful purposes".

No, they wouldn't pass that because you could be accused of shooting at an airplane. How about something simple like "to go with my cigar" (you know, like Hanibal).

I'm seriously going to try the chicks dig it reason on my AOW I think.

Seriously, I have always used "for all lawful purposes".

My F1 that is currently at the ATF says "Because chicks dig short barrels."

Just put something lawful in the blank.

I'm tagging this to see how the smarties do with their approvals.

My dealer put "all legal purposes" on mine.

If someone tries "because chicks dig it" ~~and it gets approved~~, the beer is on me! Seriously, that's pretty awesome. More power to ya.
