First of all I am having an issue with will maker. I printed out my trust and got it notarized. I came back to print out the sertification of trust, but somehow I screwed it up and when up QWM, I can only choose to: 1) Amend, Revoke, or 3) Print original trust How do I get the certification of trust to print out? This is what I need to send in with my form 4, correct? |

The Certification of Trust is actually a new document. Start selecting the options as you would if you were going to make another trust and it is listed somewhere in there. Then you'll have to input the date you had the declaration notarized and signed and that's pretty much it. I haven't got one approved yet (still waiting on a serial number from Gemtech... rrrrrr) but I will be sending a copy of the declaration of trust along with the notarized Certification of trust. YMMV. |
