[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Question regarding section 13

MY CLEO signed the second line but left everything else blank. Do I fill in all the other lines?

My CLEO usually did the whole section. Then awile ago he designated one of his Liutenants to do NFA signoffs for him. She only signed and left the rest blank. I filled in everything and was worried the ATF would question it but they never did. As long as the signature is legit and the info filled in is accurate...

...Go ahead and fill it in.

I fill in everything except the signature and the date before giving it to the sheriff. Less room for error that way.

Make sure you fill it in and that it is legible. I also include on a separate sheet the contact info for the CLEO. Where in MN are you?

We fill that entire section in on the computer and it all gets printed out. We even put one of those "Sign here" sticky arrow things on the form for them, just in case.

The only thing they need to do is and date it. Sometimes they don't even date it and we have to before we send it in.
