Hi guys, not sure this is the right place but it is a general question. Anyone else feel stupid for spending too much money on Semi autos vs full auto? For years, I always thought, I never needed a FA and spent a ton of money building / buying all kinds of SA. Now, I have been bitten by the FA bug and got an uzi and a mac10/9 (too much fun  ). If i would have only been smarter, I could have spent the same amount and had a bunch of FA's. Over the past 20yrs or so, i have spent a good amount of money on various SA and when you add it all up, with rails optics and such, i could have purchased a bunch of m10-m11-uzi's-mp5's-m16's etc. Does anyone else feel silly for not going the FA route sooner? It honestly seems that the FA market is getting very very expensive. I remember years ago mac's for under 1k, uzi's for 2k etc. I willingly spent almost that much on some of my SA's---how stupid could i be? Oh well, live and learn, right?

Some people's tastes mature and some do not. There were guns I bought of all kinds that I thought of all the guns this is the one I will never sell. That is because I did not realize what I would be years down the road. I am not the type to keep what I am not using. You got happyness from those old days of semi auto, so accept that for what it was, now it takes a stronger drug to give you a buzz. |
