On saturday I took possession of my new suppressed .22 upper for my M16. I'm leaving for Knob Creek at 0 dark 30 Tuesday morning and now want to take my M16 and new upper. Is it possiable to fax the form in and get it approved and faxed back within one day? Or am I just wasting my time?

If you have a friendly examiner then yes possible, they used to require an original signed affidavit stating that the ATF could accpet your faxed signature, but the ATF used to not let us FAX our FFLs for transfer either.

Call your examiner and ask.
