Video of my girlfriend at Bulletfest last year. We figure the round wasn't quite all the way in the chamber when it went off. She picked up a little shrapnel but the guns owner got a chunk in the wrist. Everybody's OK. No damage (that I know of) to the gun.

An excellent illustration of why you don't want any body parts underneath a Browning.  Anywhere else, you're probably fine.

Thats normal when I shoot 50's Yugo.  Last summer I blew at least 4 topcovers.  I've heard people say you can bang them back down and keep going.  I've tried to bang them back down but thats tough metal.  I just buy a supply of stripped ones and use them when needed.  [:D

I usuall shoot with gloves on and am back farther away just incase.
