| How do you become incorporated as it pertains to class 3, NFA? I need to get a lower registered as a SBR, as well as other things down the road (ie suppresor). I tried to search for the answer but got nothing that I could decipher for certain. |

No I have not ruled out anything, just no sure of the best way to go about it. ETA: Can you register as a not for profit corporation? How do you set up a trust? |
