I am converting my Bobcat FS to SBR. I am using my corporation for application & live in Texas. I printed the form front and back on 1 sheet of paper. I have filled out side 1 and signed it.

Questions:
1. Leave side 2 blank besides for business name?
2. Mail frm with company check of $200 to ATF
3. No finger print cards
4. No signature cards

What an I missing , if anything??

I just left the back side blank on my form 1.  I am doing my SBS under a trust, so no cards or photos either.  I just filled out the front side sent a $200 MO to the BATFE along w/ the form.

Do you need to include a copy of your certificate of incorporation? Does it need to be the original?

NEVER send them the original documents---at least if you want them back

I have left side 2 blank and I have put "not applicable" and both were accepted.

SEND A COPY OF YOUR ARTICLES OF CORPORATION!   They did reject one of mine because I didn't send that.  I sent it, and it was accepted.   I guess I sort of thought since I had 5 stamps already from my examiner, she would simply punch my name in the computer and she wouldn't need all that crap.  I was wrong.

OH!  DOn't forget the citizenship form which you will sign under your name.

I just printed a copy of my Articles of Incorporation and am including them in the envelope. I noticed on the instructions that is says, sign BOTH copies.

It's only one sheet 2 sides with 1 place to sign???

Right, but you have to send duplicate originals.  They keep one and they send one back with a pretty little stamp.   You only need to send 1 copy of the articles, and only 1 copy of the citizenship form but 2 signed copies of the form 1 on letter size paper and printed on both sides.

Get that thing mailed off!

You will do more very soon I'm sure.   When I did my first form 1, I thought it was probably all I would do for quite some time except maybe a .22 can.  It took all of 6 months to acquire 4.  I have 2 more in process.  (not all form 1's, some form 4's)

Yep, I'll bet you lunch you will be looking at machine guns within 6 months.  You may not buy one, but you will be looking.   I give you a year, maybe 18 months before you buy a Mac, uzi, FNC, or AC-556.     Just keep this post in the back of your mind somewhere.  This stuff is worse than cocaine every thought about being!
I think my second favorite stamp is for my registered DD 37mm launcher.  Nails are really cool when shot from an under-barrel launcher!

I'm already a freak about the NFA stuff. I actualy, packed up my family and moved from Illinois to Texas (a year ago) because of the libby gun laws up there. I think the AC-556 is high on my list. You can still get them for about $5500 ish??

I heard of a guy who got one recently for $5600 but I haven't seen one under $5900 lately.  Factory folders will run you all the way into the mid 6's.
