I called (304) 616-4500 and asked for the person to order a Form 1 application kit. She said that it was her and she took my name and address and asked how many needed. I said 1 and she said I will have it by 10:30 AM tomorrow and call her back if I have any questions. She aslo asked if I would like some 2005 NFA book and I said sure. I got the idea to order one from this board. Someone mentioned it in the last week. |

I was out of town the rest of the week but it came while I was gone. It contained: 1 - Form 1 1 - Certification of Compliance 2 - Fingerprint cards. 1 - Federal Firearms Regulations Reference Guide (2005). 241 pages 2 day delivery. It was free. The tax stamp will be an additional $200 of course. |
