I completed my form 1 on Title II.com and need to know can I mail it in as two separate sheets or do I need to copy it onto one sheet of paper?  Also, if one sheet of paper does the orientaion of the back page matter?    Thanks, Tim

It must be on both sides of one sheet or BATF will bounce it. I don't know if the orientation matters, but since you're gonna be waiting weeks/months and spending $200 in taxes, why not take the time to orient them properly?

Thanks Tony.  Its just that some forms are oriented so that when you flip them lengthwise they are top up (if that makes sense).  Ive never seen an original.

Thanks for the help

I keep mine in a looseleaf binder, and most are originals (not printouts). The original forms are printed so that you can read them like a book by flipping pages -- in other words, they DO NOT print the back side inverted.

I would find a printer that can print double sided, or print one side, flip the paper, then print the other side.

Just go to the BATF website and look for the forms. They will mail them to you for FREE. Make sure to get all the forms you will need. That is how I do it.

I just printed out the forms from Title II and then took the front page and put it on my copier, put the second page in the paper tray and ran off some copies.  They come out printed on both sides.  Takes all of about ten seconds to make double sided forms.

Print one side, flip the paper, and print the second side.  Use a laser printer if possible.  I used the titleii.com forms because I could type in all the information vs. handwriting it.

I've found that the forms come back looking the same way they went out...(Usually) Only signed and stamped.
If you send them crappy looking/misprinted/misaligned forms, they will come back to you crappy looking/misprinted/misaligned.

You're the one who has to look at the forms for years to come, so you may as well make them look nice.

With that said, I did receive a 2-page form4 back from BATF (approved) several years ago. It looked like a fax/photocopy of the original. God only knows where the original went.
